Applicants applying to the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program for the 2010 entering class will apply online using the PTCAS application. Applicants can begin their PTCAS application on July 15, 2009. To learn more about the PTCAS application process, please visit the PTCAS website at http://www.ptcas.org . Application deadlines are as follows: DPT Early application deadline is November 13, 2009 (all supplemental documents must be received by this date to be considered for early application) DPT/PhD Sequential application and all supplemental documents deadline is November 13, 2009 DPT final deadline is March 1, 2010 - applications past the deadline will be considered on an individual basis DPT final supplemental documents deadline is March 31, 2010 (applications will not be reviewed until all supplemental documents are received) Below you will find our supplemental forms for the DPT application and the DPT/PhD sequential application to be completed and sent directly to our Program.
