Rose Symposium Clinical Fellowship in Diagnosis and Management of Movement Impairment Syndromes Diagnosis Dialog Updates In the fall of 2005, the WU Program in Physical Therapy decided to host and began planning an invitational conference on diagnosis and classification in phyiscal therapy. In July 2006, the conference, titled Diagnosis Dialog I: Defining the 'x' in DxPT, was convened in the Program's facilities. Near the end of the conference, the participants decided that progress had been made but that their work was not yet finished. The participants decided to meet again prior to CSM 2007 in Boston. The MGH Institute of Health Professions hosted Diagnosis Dialog II on February 13, 2007. At the conclusion of the second meeting, the participants decided, once again, to continue the discussions at another meeting. Regis University hosted Diagnosis Dialog III just prior to PT 2007 in Denver. The group met again for Diagnosis Dialog IV just prior to CSM 2008 in Nashville, TN, at the Opryland Resort and Convention Center.
