Suzy L. Cornbleet\, PT\, DPT\, will present the concepts a
nd principles of the movement system syndromes and their relationship to me
chanical musculoskeletal pain.
This course will enable clinicians to i
dentify impairments in movement\, alignment\, muscle length\, stiffness\, p
erformance\, as well as patterns of movement and their relationship to Move
ment System Impairment (MSI). The signs and symptoms of MSI syndromes of th
e low back\, hip and knee will be described. The course will also include i
nstruction in tests designed to develop and confirm the diagnosis and ident
ify contributing factors.
