Overview
Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training is an innovative technique involving the intermittent occlusion of arterial and venous blood flow, applied to the upper and/or lower extremities using specialized cuffs during low-intensity exercises. BFR training has been found to improve recovery, reduce pain, preserve muscle mass and strength, and enhance cardiovascular endurance. By safely and effectively stimulating muscle adaptation, BFR training allows patients to achieve significant results with lighter weights, making it ideal for those recovering from surgery, injury, or dealing with chronic pain. This technology accelerates the rehabilitation process, reduces recovery time, and improves overall physical function.
