Overview
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and ASTYM® (pronounced “a-stim”) are techniques utilizing specialized instruments to efficiently detect and treat fascial restrictions, muscle tightness, and soft tissue injuries. These techniques regenerate healthy soft tissues (muscles, tendons, etc.) and remove unwanted scar tissue that may be causing pain or movement restrictions. Our highly trained therapists employ these tools to precisely target affected areas, breaking down scar tissue and adhesions that can impede movement and cause pain. This approach not only accelerates the healing process but also enhances overall mobility and function. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or aiming to improve your athletic performance, IASTM and ASTYM® offer safe and effective solutions to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
