Position Summary
Provides appropriate assessments and therapy plans to patients and families/caregivers, including education regarding therapy, diagnosis, activities, etc. Participates in the education of patients, families, coworkers, and self. Works to execute responsibilities within a team framework using open communication.
The patient caseload for this position is primarily treating outpatient pelvic health and lymphedema. Overall responsibilities include evaluating and treating individuals with pelvic health conditions, women lower back diagnoses related to pregnancy, post-partum, oncology, urinary and bowel dysfunction and sexual health as well as individuals with lymphedema.
