Overview
Our clinic provides community-based instruction to youth and adult athletes and/or their sports teams on injury reduction strategies. It is critical to understand risk factors and how to address them during warm-up, practices, and games. When implemented correctly, injury prevention programs have consistently been shown to reduce injury risk as well as enhance athletic performance.

Our Approach
Our unique approach to movement analysis allows us to successfully treat complex impairments and issues previously resistant to treatment. Our therapists will prescribe an individualized therapeutic exercise program to address the factors contributing to your symptoms and optimize your movement. During each appointment, your clinician will work closely with you to implement the most effective treatment plan.
Every WashU Medicine physical therapist in our practice holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, and many have board-specialist certifications in specific areas of practice. Our clinicians are trusted experts in evaluating and treating movement impairments commonly associated with injuries.
