Overview

Cycling is an excellent activity for all ages and activity levels. It is a great form of exercise and allows one to engage in the community. Whether you like to train outside, navigate new trails, or ride indoors on a stationary bike or trainer, a properly fit bicycle is vital to avoiding injuries. Cycling can increase discomfort or pain, especially if the bike is not fit appropriately to you.

Your Visit Includes:

  • An Individualized Movement Analysis and Exercise Program: Based on your movement assessment and cycling technique, we will provide a specific program to get you feeling and performing at your best.
  • Bike Positioning: Our professionals will modify your bike to allow for optimal performance and enable you to cycle without pain.
  • A Slow Motion Video Analysis: By providing a video analysis of your cycling technique, we will provide feedback on correct mechanics and changes in your approach to address underlying issues.
  • Equipment Recommendation(s): Whether it is recommending a different saddle or cleats, we will ensure we fit the bike to your individual needs to help you perform at your best.
