The main level of 4444 Forest Park Avenue is home to the Program in Physical Therapy’s administrative offices, faculty offices, a large classroom and the Washington University Physical Therapy Clinical Practice. Explore our space below!
1235 Classroom
The first floor classroom, or “1235” as it known to those in the Program, is used for lecture style classes, research seminars and large meetings.
The first floor classroom seats up to 100 in a lecture style format 
Large screens are hung throughout the room to provide optimal viewing from all seats 
Cameras record all lectures as well as project demonstrations from the stage in the front of the room. 
Computers, printers and cubbies are accessible for all students to use.
Administrative Office
Suite 1101 is home to Program administrative offices, faculty offices and the Steven J Rose conference room. Program faculty have an open door policy for all students. The Clinical Education Team also have offices in this space.

Washington University Physical Therapy Clinical Practice
What started as a small Faculty Clinical Practice has now grown into a large outpatient clinical practice that sees roughly 500 patients each week. Washington University Physical Therapy students have the opportunity to do clinical rotations with this clinical practice.
Also on the first floor is our Physical Therapy Clinical Practice 
The Washington University Physical Therapy Clinical Practice sees patients with a wide variety of issues ranging from orthopedic rehabilitation to neurological rehabilitation to pelvic health. 
The Clinical Practice in this building is one of 4 locations in the St. Louis area. 
Students can work with full time clinical associates and faculty providers during clinical education rotations. 
Washington University Physical Therapy Clinical Practice provides one-on-one care with private treatment rooms.
