The Movement Science Research Center (MSRC)is located within the Program in Physical Therapy. The MSRC is a multi-user, comprehensive state-of-the-art facility of over 13,000 square feet that includes a vast array of different types of equipment and spaces for studies related to human movement. There are six large laboratory spaces with various equipment, seven private examination/treatment rooms, and a generalized exercise area, with treadmills and other cardiorespiratory exercise equipment that are available to all investigators. The MSRC is home to motion capture systems, electromyography equipment, force plates, a split-belt instrumented treadmill, eye movement tracking system, GAITRite walkway, Balance Master and more.
