Overview

For both recreational and competitive runners, pain frequently arises from muscle imbalances, where certain muscles are overactive while others are underactive. Our clinic provides personalized, one-on-one care with a licensed Physical Therapist who specializes in identifying movement impairments and enhancing optimal running mechanics.
