Social Work/Clinical Case Management

Overview

The Washington University Program in Physical Therapy Clinical Practice offers services provided by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Our goal is to restore each person to their fullest potential both physically and emotionally.  Our clinic social worker is available to provide individual counseling to help you and your family cope with illness or injury. Additional services include disease specific education, transportation, care coordination and to connect you and your family to community based services and resources.  Your therapist can refer you to the clinic social worker or you may request a meeting.
