When it occurs, whether by injury, aging or disease, one can experience vertigo, nauseating dizziness, vision and balance problems effecting every area of life. Our Approach
Vestibular Rehabilitation is an effective, evidence-based exercise program geared towards your individual goals.
We provide one-on-one patient care at every appointment to answer all your questions and provide a variety of home exercises based upon the underlying condition, medical history, age, strength and mobility. Home exercises may include gaze stabilization exercises, balance exercises, habituation exercises to reduce dizziness with head motion, conditioning and gait training.
